After growing up in a family owned restaurant, she broadened her career working hands-on in corporate restaurants for seven years, gaining invaluable frontline experience that shaped her passion for service and operational excellence. Building on that foundation, Chloe spent the next decade consulting with restaurant and bar owners across the country, providing technology solutions and innovative loss prevention strategies to help safeguard profits and strengthen operations. Her expertise in theft prevention and process optimization earned her recognition as a trusted advisor in the hospitality space. Chloe traveled nationwide, coaching business owners and their employees on how to better serve hospitality clientele, scale their businesses, and create customer-first cultures. Chloe co-founded Unfiltered Ink Media, LLC and through her company, she continues to advocate for transparency, innovation, and resilience within the hospitality community.
